This gorgeous dress has a built in Pettiskirt, a bonnet, and bloomers. It has a gathered double circle skirt for the most twirl EVER, finished with horsehair braid (crinoline). It has an elastic back with a sweet tie/bow and two removable bows on the bodice. The bonnet has a scalloped brim that can be worn flipped down for more sun protection. The bloomers have elastic at the waist and legs and an adorable paper bag detail at the leg.
